You will also learn how your daily biomechanics,the way you move and genetics impact what is happening in your lower back and hips.
Monica will teach a therapeutic routine using yoga postures and movements that have helped many people reduce and eliminate their chronic lower back and hip pain.
You will then be guided through Monica’s well known self deep tissue massage and end in a very relaxing posture. At the end you will leave with tools and resources to help you deal with and overcome chronic lower back and hip pain.
