Effective August 14, 2025

CLASSES

  • Late Cancel or No Show (within 12 hours of the class start time) will result in a non-refundable $10 fee automatically charged to the account or card on file. 

  • Unlimited Members, Active Class Package Holders, and 4x-a-Month Members are exempt from this policy.

EVENTS & WORKSHOPS

  • Missed or late-cancelled events (within 12 hours of the event start time) are no longer eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers.

  • Event spots are not transferrable.

  • This policy ensures our facilitators are fully supported and compensated for their time, preparation, and energetic presence.

  • ALL students and members, including Unlimited, Class Package Holders, and 4x-a-Month Members, are subject to this policy.

APPOINTMENTS

  • Late Cancel or No Show (within 12 hours of appointment start time) will incur a $30 fee, however you can inquire about a credit to reschedule the missed session.

  • No refunds will be issued for these charges.

  • ALL students and members, including Unlimited, Class Package Holders, and 4x-a-Month Members, are subject to this policy.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS

  • We now require a minimum of 4 business days’ notice to process membership cancellations.

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted by email ONLY to: soulhealingoc@gmail.com

  • Requests made with less than 4 business days’ notice may not be processed on time and will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

MEMBERSHIP & PACKAGE EXEMPTIONS

  • Unlimited Members, Active Class Package Holders, and 4x-a-Month Members are exempt from late fees for classes ONLY.

  • These exemptions do not apply to events or appointments.

YOGA MAT POLICY

A gentle reminder that yoga mats are required for every class at Soul Healing OC. This policy is strictly upheld for the comfort, safety, and hygiene of all students.

  • If you forget your mat, we offer rentals for $3 at the front desk.

  • Students without a mat will not be permitted to participate in class.

CREDIT & FEE RESPONSIBILITY

Please remember: it is your responsibility to track your attendance and any credits you may be eligible for.
We do not issue automatic credits or refunds—even if you qualify.
